New 200 Footwall Corridor Expands In an historically unexplored por- tion of the easternmost footwall mine stratigraphy, Phase II drill hole UG18-081 successfully intersected the recently mod- elled 200 Footwall Corridor over a wide interval grading 5.87 g/t gold over 8.6 metres, including 26.20 g/t gold over 1.5 metre, 9.07 g/t gold over 0.5 metres and 9.22 g/t gold over 0.5 metres. These new intersections are open for expansion due to the lack of drilling in this area. Jaguar Mining Inc. [JAG-TSX; JAGGF- OTC] released growth exploration drilling results from 13 underground holes at the Turmalina gold mine in southern Brazil tar- geting depth extensions to orebody C. The company also reported results from infill drilling and recent underground access development at Turmalina on orebodies A and C and Pilar gold mine on orebodies BF and BFII. Turmalina exploration highlights: Turmalina orebody C growth drilling, tar- geting down-dip extensions, confirming gold mineralization 300 metres below cur- rent operations and open for expansion; Significant high-grade, wide and thick intercepts reflecting down-plunge exten- sions of the central high-grade payshoot at orebody C currently being accessed for mining; key intercepts including 7.77 g/t gold over 4.50 metres (ETW (estimated true width) 4.25 m), 9.22 g/t gold over 5.85 metres (ETW 5.11 m) and 4.91 g/t gold over 15.10 metres (ETW 14.65 m); Infill drill results on orebodies A and C confirming wide high-grade intercepts; orebody A key intercepts including 10.92 g/t gold over 17.29 m (ETW 17.22 m) and 17.23 g/t gold over 5.42 m (ETW 5.35 m). Orebody C key intercepts including 12.61 g/t gold by 4.16 metres (ETW 3.52 m) and 3.36 g/t gold over 14.27 metres (ETW 14.27 m) including 6.17 g/t gold over 5.32 metres (ETW 5.32 m). Pilar exploration highlights: Infill drilling confirming wide, thicker and higher-grade intercepts at BF and BFII ore- bodies; key intercepts including 22.8 g/t gold over 6.3 metres (ETW 5.5 m), 12.2 g/t gold over 13 metres (ETW 12.7 m), 6.5 g/t gold over 29.7 metres (ETW 28.8 m) and 12.9 g/t gold over 8.4 metres (ETW 8.2 m). Rodney Lamond, President and CEO, said, "We continue to make excellent prog- ress accessing and defining higher-grade, thicker portions of principal orebodies at both Turmalina and Pilar mining operations. At Pilar, the wide, high-grade mineraliza- tion now accessed through development further demonstrates and supports our strong belief that Pilar's increased produc- tion profile is achievable and sustainable." n GOLD
