Drill hole M67-18-PP-027 intersected 7.96% zinc and 2.53% lead over 22.84 metres and hole M67-18-PP-015 intersected 9.48% zinc and 2.67% lead over 17.00 metres. There were other high- grade intersections with all intersections within a flat-lying tabular-style deposit (M-67) and all intercepts are above 110- metre depths. Jeff Hussey, P.Geo, President and CEO, said, "This MRE is robust and confirms that Pine Point is one of the most signifi - cant undeveloped zinc-lead projects in the base metal sector with 5.5 billion pounds of combined pit-constrained zinc and lead resources. The shallow mineralization is unique among zinc projects globally and Pine Point still offers excellent explora - tion potential both at depth and along the project's 65 km strike length. There is a depleted pipeline of zinc resources globally and we believe Pine Point will place Osisko Metals at the forefront of junior base metal exploration and development companies." Meanwhile, in the Maritimes, Osisko Metals has received encouraging drill results from its 100%-owned Key Anacon Project, located approximately 20 km south of the town of Bathurst, New Brunswick and 16 km southeast of the for - mer Brunswick No.12 Mine. At the Main Zone, drilling in 2018 inter- sected a new zone, located 30 metres below the historical resource boundary that con- sisted of 8.3 metres of massive sulphides grading 10.47% Zn, 3.47% Pb, and 92.0 g/t Ag. The Main Zone deposit remains open along strike and down dip. At the Titan Zone drilling confirmed continuous zinc and lead-rich mineraliza - tion to a vertical depth of 400 metres with a 200-metre strike length. The deposit extends over a strike length of roughly 1.2 kilometres and 1,100 metres depth. Several massive sulphide intercepts, up to 85 m in thickness, were drilled which included 22.2 metres of 6.07% Zn, 2.19% Pb, 0.92% Cu and 48.8 g/t Ag. "Copper grades in this zone can be up to five times grades typically seen across the Bathurst Camp. This copper zone extends for a kilometre to the northwest where it is roughly outlined by only three 400-metre spaced drill holes. We have now defined within the Titan Zone a zinc + lead-rich deposit that steeply plunges to over 1,100 metres in depth towards the southeast where KA01-15B encountered a 75-metre-thick interval of massive sul - phides containing three separate zones: 5.1% zinc + lead over 9.3 metres, 9.25% zinc + lead over 13.0 metres and 5.55% zinc + lead over 24.3 metres. The Titan Zone is now at least twice as long vertically when compared to the nearby Main Zone." In 2019, Key Anacon exploration and definition drilling will help to define high grade mineralization with the objective of upgrading the non-compliant histori - cal resource of 1.87 Mt grading 6.93% Zn, 2.63% Pb, 0.16% Cu and 84 g/t Ag, into a NI43-101 MRE Indicated and Inferred MRE, slated for release in H1 2019. Additionally, the Gilmour South deposit, including 2018 drill results, will be included in the upcom - ing Key Anacon MRE. Osisko Metals is currently the largest landowner in the Bathurst Camp. The company also holds a number of early-stage exploration projects in various regions of Québec. The company raised $10 million for Québec base metal exploration slated for 2019. Currently established VMS base metal targets are being drill tested in the Lebel-sur-Quevillon area under the joint venture agreement with Osisko Mining Inc. [OSK-TSX; OBNNF-OTC]. A larger generative exploration effort in Québec will follow this year on virgin target areas defined in 2018 based on a new explo - ration model developed for the Grenville geological province. The company intends to issue a news release in the coming weeks detailing these plans as work advances and specific properties are acquired. Osisko Metals has about $20 million in the treasury and 136,259,197 shares out - standing. n
