[AGB-TSXV; SPVEF-OTC] reported more results for its resource extension drilling program at its 100%-owned Cochrane Hill gold deposit 80 km from Touquoy, Nova Scotia. Recently completed diamond drilling continues to confirm extensions to the mineralization defined by the Phase 3 resource definition drilling completed in 2018 and supports other recently pub - lished results from the program. Cochrane Hill is about 80 km northeast of the company's central processing facil- ity at the Moose River consolidated gold mine. Generally, gold assays are distributed evenly across the mineralized zones. However, as in the case of drill hole CH-18- 317, several intersections do include single metre assays with elevated gold values (CH-18-317 includes a 1-metre assay of 466 g/t gold within a broader zone of 11 metres averaging 43.65 g/t gold). These higher- grade assays are frequently associated with visible gold that occurs on the margins of bedding-parallel quartz veins within the argillite host rock. Cochrane Hill's current measured and indicated mineral resources stand at 10.66 million tonnes at 1.16 g/t gold for 398,000 ounces at a 0.35 g/t gold cut-off grade. Inferred mineral resources are 1.63 million tonnes at 1.32 g/t gold for 69,000 ounces at a 0.35 g/t gold cut-off. Atlantic Gold's Moose River Consolidated Phase 1 open-pit gold mine declared commercial production in March 2018 and its Phase 2 life-of-mine expan - sion will ramp up gold production to over 200,000 ounces per year. Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. [BGM- TSXV; BGMZF-OTC; IWUB-FSE] reported final drilling results from the 2018 Island Mountain exploration and category con - version program at its flagship Cariboo gold project near Wells in central British Columbia and recent results from holes drilled for metallurgical testing. Recent highlights from the Island Mountain Shaft Zone exploration and delineation program include 9.72 g/t gold Hot Assays CONTINUING OUR ONGOING POSTINGS OF EXCELLENT ASSAYS FROM SAMPLING AND DRILLING PROGRAMS, HERE ARE MORE ENCOURAGING ASSAYS FROM A VARIETY OF EXPLORATION PROGRAMS. by Ellsworth Dickson
