successful with 85 diamond drill holes
totalling 29,108 metres completed before
winter shutdown.
Highlights from the Torbit Zone
included 439.1 AgEq over 65.34 metres,
including 1,262.2 AgEq over 13.86 metres.
The program was designed to focus on
resource delineation and verification.
An updated resource estimate has been
prepared.
Gary Cope, President and CEO, said,
"The Dolly Varden Mining Camp contains
multiple mineralized deposits within a 5
km radius. The current resource is based
on only four deposits (Dolly Varden Mine,
Torbrit Mine, North Star and Wolf). Near
these four deposits are significant 2018
drilling intercepts in Torbrit North, Torbrit
East, Moose Lamb, Kitsol and Bonus zones.
Work has now shifted to engineering and
scientific studies prior to next spring's
fieldwork."
Doubleview Capital Corp. [DBV-TSXV]
has farmed out a 65% interest in its Hat
property in the Sheslay Valley to HudBay
Minerals Inc. [HBM-TSX]. Hudbay's
2018 fieldwork included geophysical and
geochemical surveys, core re-logging,
archeological investigations and geological
mapping. Hudbay will use the new revised
deposit model in planning the 2019 Hat
property programs which are expected
to include a Phase one initial 3,000-4.000
metres of drilling.
An airborne geophysical survey has
been completed at the Red Spring copper-
silver-zinc-gold prospect 120 km north of
Smithers where MuchoCobre Resources
Ltd. can earn a 60% interest from
Doubleview. Red Spring has a historic
resource of 5 million tonnes of 0.5% cop
-
per and 11.9 g/t silver. Drilling is planned.
Eskay Mining Corp. [ESK-TSXV]
and 60% optionee SSR Mining Inc.
[SSRM-TSX, NASDAQ] completed a drill-
ing program at the SEB property 70 km
northwest of Stewart. Hole EK18-160,
intersected 61.9 g/t gold and 8.9 g/t sil-
ver over 1.0 metre within a 109.25-metre
interval grading 0.24 g/t gold, 3.6 g/t sil-
ver, 0.15% lead and 0.18% zinc. SSR has
