22 www.resourceworld.com J U N E / J U L Y 2 0 1 9 expanded historic drill results with a num- ber of holes intersecting notably higher grades than projected from historic data. Highlights include drill hole TS18-005 which intersected 12.61% zinc, 16.40% lead and 221 g/t silver over a true width of 12.73 metres. The identified high priority targets will be included in the 2019 drill campaign. The company has now consolidated the Macmillan Pass Zinc District with the purchase and options on several blocks of adjacent claims expanding its land posi - tion from 219 km 2 to 544 km 2 (210 square miles). Group Eleven Resources Corp. [ZNG-TSXV] controls the largest ground position in Ireland, covering some 3,200 km 2 of zinc (+lead) prospects. Projects include Ballinalack in northeast Ireland, in which Group Eleven has a 60% inter- est (JV'd with Nonfemet), Silvermines, Tralee, PG West and a 75.56% interest in the Stonepark Project (JV'd with Arkle Resources PLC), near Limerick, next to one of the world's largest undeveloped zinc deposits: Glencore's Pallas Green deposit. Highlights of recent Stonepark drill - ing include a new mineralized zone at Ballywire (PG West) where 36.5 metres (true widths 60-70%) of intermittent, high-grade zinc mineralization was inter- sected, including: 0.75 metres of 13.1% zinc+lead and 39 g/t silver; 0.90 metres of 5.8% zinc+lead and 8 g/t silver; and 0.20 metres of 35.1% zinc+lead and 93 g/t silver. Bart Jaworksi, P.Geo., CEO, told Resource World, "We think we've got district-scale potential within the Pallas Green corridor where we see a 20-km mineralized trend. We've just shown that with the latest drill results at Ballywire which is 20 km away from Pallas Green. So we've got two pierce points at either end of that 20-km trend. In the middle of that trend is Carrickittle that has some really interesting zinc numbers from historic exploration. It is shaping up to be an important corridor and the key question is: what's lurking underneath the volcanic complex which, on the north side, hosts both Glencore's Pallas Green and our Stonepark. Jaworki said the next drill program is going to be at Ballinalack in June. "At Stonepark, we will process results that we receive," he said. "We've only assayed about 38% of that hydrothermal hole we announced at Kilteely. We are awaiting a huge government airborne survey. We will then take that data and overlay it on top of our recent drilling. With all the work we've been doing in the Limerick Basin, we will hopefully be able to identify high priority drill targets for the fall and by then, we'll be ready to drill them." NorZinc Ltd. [NZC-TSX; NORZF- OTCQB] is advancing the permitting process for the all-season road to the 100%-owned, development stage, Prairie Creek zinc-lead-silver mine 200 km west of Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories. This is the final permit for the mine, projected to employ 363 workers, which is expected to be received in Q3 this year. The company is also involved in two key dis - cussions with nearby Aboriginal groups. Based on the mineral reserves of the 2017 Feasibility Study, Prairie Creek will have annual metal contained in concen- trate of 105 million lbs lead, 95 million lbs zinc and 2.1 million oz silver for the first 10 years, and average annual EBITDA of $110 million over the same period. Don MacDonald, President and CEO, told Resource World, "We have 5 kilometres of underground development completed. By the end of the second year of opera - tion, we'll have 22 kilometres. We start further development in 2021 for the next four years and that'll be almost all major development." The concentrate will be transported to Fort Nelson, to be taken by rail down to the port of Vancouver. NorZinc has a memorandum with Korean refineries and a Swedish refinery. MacDonald said there is significant expansion potential.
