A recent NI 43-101 technical report concluded that diamond drilling along the Avan-Central-Skiråsen gold zones outlined inferred resources of 25,495,000 tonnes grading 2.54 g/t gold (2,086,000 ounces of contained gold) and indicated resources of 5,578,000 tonnes grading 1.81 g/t gold (324,000 ounces of contained gold). This was based on a 0.50 g/t gold cut-off for a pit constrained extraction mining method and a 1.50 g/t gold cut-off for a bulk underground extraction mining method and a 1.80 g/t cut-off for a selective under - ground extraction mining method. Boreal Metals Corp. [BMX-TSXV] released results from a recently completed seven diamond drill hole reconnaissance program (951 metres) at its 100%-owned Burfjord copper-gold project in northern Norway. Burfjord is host to numerous high-grade veins with associated cop - per-rich envelopes developed across a large area (approximately six by four kilometres). The large associated alteration system and widespread copper mineral- ization support the project's potential to host a large copper deposit. Drill hole BUR-18-003 intersected 32.00 metres grading 0.56% copper, 0.26 g/t gold and 0.50 indium, including 3.46 metres of 4.31% copper, 2.22 g/t gold and 3.69 g/t indium, also including 7.00 metres of 2.30% 1.13 g/t gold and 2.05 g/t indium. Boreal reported that further explora - tion drilling is underway at its Gumsberg Project in Sweden. Approximately 1,500 metres of diamond drilling is planned to test a variety of shallow drill targets across the prospective high grade volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineral trends. The company also has the Adak VMS project and the Guldgruvan cobalt proj - ects in Sweden and the Tynset VMS and Modum cobalt projects in Norway. EMX Royalty Corp. [EMX-TSXV; NYSE American; 6E9-FSE] has had a successful business model with its involvement in exploration discovery, royalty generation, royalty acquisition, and strategic investments. The company recently signed an arm's length purchase agreement for the sale of 13 exploration licenses comprising EMX's Gold Line Project in central Sweden to Gold Line Resources Ltd., a private British Columbia company. The agreement provides EMX with a 9.9% interest in GLR, advance royalty payments, and a 3% net smelter return royalty interest in the properties. EMX has a number of royalty agree - ments in Scandinavia and elsewhere. FireFox Gold Corp. [FFOX-TSXV; A2PDU7-FSE] has completed ground magnetic surveys that verified a major structure thought to be the continuation of the Sirkka shear zone through its Jeesio gold project in the Central Lapland green - stone belt of northern Finland. The Sirkka shear zone provides the structural control for numerous gold deposits in Central Lapland. Late last year, FireFox outlined five promising new gold targets on the Jeesio property based on results from its bottom- of-till sampling program and a compilation of gold and geochemical data from historic sampling. The company prioritized the Utsamo and Homelampi targets for follow- up work and conducted ground magnetic surveys at both targets. Firefox has released final drill results and interpretation for its 1,094.5-metre Phase 1 drilling program on its 100%- owned Mustajärvi gold exploration project in the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt, Finland. The drill program confirmed the loca - tion and gold grades of historic drilling, discovered a new style of high-grade gold mineralization at greater depths than pre- viously targeted, and encountered the first signs of mineralization spatially associated with the extensive IP anomaly identi- fied in the company´s earlier survey. The company has several other gold projects in Finland. Leading Edge Materials Corp. [LEM- TSXV; LEMIF-OTCQB; LEMSE-Sweden] has completed additional purification and spheronization test work on graphite from the Woxna mine in Sweden. Process data is now of a quality to progress to a demonstration plant, the engineering and design for which is now being completed. This demonstration plant will allow engagement with customers by provid - ing volumes of anode materials that are adequate to be used within lithium ion battery customer test circuits. The Woxna Mine and processing facility currently has all environmental, permitting, legal, title and sociopolitical approvals in place and is production ready. Lundin Mining Corp. [LUN-TSX; LUMI-Sweden] has a 100% interest in the underground Zinkgruvan Mine in south- central Sweden. It has been in continuous production since 1857. The operation is comprised of an underground mine, a processing plant and associated infrastruc - ture, producing zinc, lead and copper concentrates. Lundin Mining acquired the mine from Rio Tinto in 2004. Production guidance for 2019 is 76,000- 81,000 tonnes of zinc and 2,000-3,000 tonnes of copper. Mawson Resources Ltd. [MAW-TSX; MWSNF-OTC; MXR-FSE] reported results from the first six diamond drill holes in the 2019 winter program at the company's 100%-owned Rajapalot Project in north - ern Finland. Eighteen holes (PAL0159–PAL0176) for a total of 6,003 metres (two short holes abandoned) of a planned 15,000-metre winter program have been drilled. The drill program is focused on expanding gold-cobalt resources at Raja and South Palokas, and testing less drilled pros - pect areas including Terry's Hammer and Rumajärvi. Highlights: At the South Palokas pros- pect, drill hole PAL0173 intersected 17 metres of 3.0 g/t gold from 264 metres, including 5 metres of 4.9 g/t gold from 264 metres and 5 metres of 4.6 g/t gold from 276 metres. At the Raja prospect, drill hole PAL0161 intersected 4.0 metres of 2.9 g/t gold from 345 metres and PAL0159 inter- sected 3.0 metres of 2.3 g/t gold from 434 metres and 3.5 metres of 2.4 g/t gold from 452 metres.
