The company manufactures a variety of core boxes: field boxes, partially assembled boxes, sonic boxes, boxes suitable for soil samples and display boxes. Display boxes are varnished, flocked with a sliding lid and metal handles. Robertson Mfg. Ltd. also builds the core racks that hold the large number of filled core boxes an exploration company can produce. MMD Mineral Sizing (Canada) Inc. MMD (Mining Machinery Developments) has been designing and manufacturing material processing equipment for the mining, quarry and recycling industries for over forty years. The company has several sig- nificant milestones under their belt including developing a track mounted mobile Sizer in 1985, reaching 10,000TPH in 1994 and the develop- ment of the first Fully Mobile Surge loader in 2018. MMD patented the revolutionary Twin Shaft MINERAL SIZERTM in the early '80s. The Sizer breaks material down in three stages, controlling the finished product size in all three dimensions, while minimising the generation of dust and fine material. The machine can process both wet sticky material and hard dry rock or a combination of both through the same machine, and it is tough enough to handle material ranging from soft coal to hard granite. The company states that "the unique breaking action processes material quickly and efficiently, resulting in high production capacities with low energy consumption". The company has "an expanding global network of offices and manufacturing facilities, employing over 500 dedicated and experienced professionals". Learn more at www.mmdsizers.com
