[GGI-TSXV; GGIFF-OTC; RQM-FSE] is using one of the most advanced heli-portable surface drill rigs, a DrillCo MDS 1950, which can reach depths of over 2,000 metres (NQ size core), in the current drilling program at its E&L deposit at Nickel Mountain in the Golden Triangle region of northwest British Columbia. This drill rig will increase daily metreage and lower drilling costs. The program is focusing on building out the five currently known mineralized zones at the E&L deposit (Lower Discovery, Upper Discovery, Northeast, Central and Northwest) that were outlined through 46 drill holes during 2017 and 2018. The E&L system is wide open for expan- sion to the east, west, south, north and at depth. GRAPHITE South Star Mining Corp. [STS-TSXV; STSBF-OTCQB] has released an updated mineral resource that incorporates the 2018 exploration program at its Santa Cruz graphite project in Bahia state, Brazil. The updated measured resource now stands at 3.95 million tonnes at 2.4% graphitic car - bon (Cg), 11 million tonnes indicated at 2.25% Cg and 7.9 million tonnes inferred at 2.32% Cg. The aim of the program was to upgrade the resource in the Sao Manoel target to support the planned 2020 pilot plant oper - ations with a production capacity of 5,000 tonnes of concentrate per annum and perform some step-out drilling in the Sao Manoel and Sao Rubens targets to better understand mineralization controls, define limits and expand the overall resource estimate. Drilling included approximately 530 metres of diamond core (eight holes) and 1,285 metres (32 holes) of reverse circula - tion drilling. Less than 5% of the land package has been explored. Graphite One Resources Inc. [GPH- TSXV; GPHOF-OTCQB] is exploring, with the intent to develop its Graphite One Project on the Seward Peninsula about 55 km north of Nome, Alaska. The goal of the company is to potentially become the dominant American producer of high- grade Coated Spherical Graphite (CSG) that is integrated with a domestic graphite resource. The project is proposed as a vertically integrated enterprise to mine, process and manufacture high-grade CSG primarily for the electric vehicle lithium-ion battery market. Graphite mined from the company's Graphite Creek property would be pro - cessed into concentrate at a mineral processing plant to be located adjacent to the mine. The graphite concentrate would be shipped to the company's proposed product manufacturing facility where CSG and other value-added graphite products would be manufactured. "Laptops and LEDs, smartphone and solar cells, Electric Vehicle batter - ies, drones and satellites, energy storage devices – even nuclear reactors: Each of these and many more applications depend on graphite as a key means for the efficient transmission of power," said Anthony Houston, President and CEO. "Graphite is key to the 'electrification of everything.'" Northern Graphite Corp. [NGC- TSXV; NGPHF-OTCQX] is advancing its 100%-owned Bissett Creek graphite proj - ect in Renfrew County, Ontario. Historical resources have been more than doubled and upgraded and currently stand at 69.8 million tonnes of measured and indicated resources grading 1.74% graphitic car - bon (Cg) and 24 million tonnes of inferred resources grading 1.65% Cg (both at a 1.02% Cg cut-off grade) and mineraliza- tion has not been closed off by drilling. The company intends to develop the deposit in two phases. In 2012, a full Feasibility Study (FS) was completed with respect to the Phase 1 development and an NI 43-101 report was filed. The FS was updated in 2013.Phase 2 consists of doubling production after three years of operation as described in an Expansion Preliminary Economic Assessment which was completed in 2013. n
