Highlights include 24.45 g/t gold over 8.43 metres in hole P19-2013, including 150 g/t gold over 1.0 metres as well as 7.34 g/t gold over 7.01 metres in hole P19-2009, includ- ing 30.4 g/t gold over 1.0 metre. Earlier drill results included 30.00 g/t gold over 1.25 metres in hole P19-1956 at Big Missouri and 20.60 g/t gold over 2 metres in hole P19-1964. Benchmark Metals Inc. [BNCH-TSXV; CYRTF-OTCQB; A2ATHU-FSE] reported the first drilling results at the Lawyers Trend (Cliff Creek Zone). Drilling inter- sected 11.73 g/t gold and 476 g/t silver over 4.4 metres core length within a wider zone grading 2.19 g/t gold and 85.36 g/t silver over 26.75 metres of core length in drill hole 19CCDD001. The Lawyers Project is situated in the Stikine Terrane and falls within the prolific Golden Horseshoe just east of the main Golden Triangle region. In mid-August, Benchmark signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Lawyers property pursuant to a share exchange agreement that con- templates a proposed business combination with PPM Phoenix Precious Metals Corp. Cantex Mine Development Corp. [CD-TSXV] reports prospecting at its 100%-owned North Rackla property 1 km south of the Main Zone resulted in the dis- covery of a new exposure of outcropping massive gossan. The steeply-dipping gos- san has been traced for 1,200 metres along surface and down 320 metres of elevation, with exposed apparent widths at surface ranging from two to 20 metres. Gossan grab samples returned signifi- cantly elevated zinc and manganese levels (up to 12.35% Zn and up to 5.82% Mn), which are also key geochemical markers seen at the Main Zone. With more than 4 km of mapped pro- spective strike length identified at North Rackla, drilling is continuing to encoun- ter massive sulphides in the Main Zone in both directions along strike and at depth. Two drills are focused on the southwest portion of the Main Zone while the third is testing the newly discovered South Zone. A total of 68 holes (+15,500 metres) have been drilled to date. Casa Minerals Inc. [CASA-TSXV] is conducting inaugural drilling on its 100%- owned Pitman property near Terrace. The priority target includes the Golden Dragon quartz veining network that returned the highest gold assays recorded on the prop- erty (574.42 g/t gold and 109 g/t silver over 1.0 metre). Drill hole PG-01 will be directed to the cluster of quartz veins com- prising the historic Paddy Mac prospect. Subsequent drill holes will explore nearby areas where Casa's field crews have identi- fied similar mineralization. Crystal Lake Mining Corp. [CLM- TSXV; SIOCF-OTC; SOG-FSE] is conducting a first-ever diamond drilling program at Burgundy Ridge on the western side of the company's 550 km 2 Newmont Lake Project the Eskay camp of the Golden Triangle. The second of three drill holes, building on the northern extension of the Northwest zone, intersected 15.11 g/t gold over 8.03 metres (106.32-114.35 m), including 76 g/t gold over 1 metre, in addition to an even shallower high-grade intercept of 7.6 g/t gold, 23.1 g/t silver and 1.03% copper over 5.30 metres starting just 82 metres down- hole (including 26.1 g/t Au over 1.3 metres). The new results provide evidence of a thick unit of unusually high-grade gold mineralization within a broad envelop of continuous low-grade gold mineralization. This discovery demonstrates that the min- eral zone increases in both width and in grade in areas where previous models indi- cate a narrowing.
