(49%). In June 2019, Constantine published a Preliminary Economic Assessment. Highlights include a US $266 M after- tax NPV at a 7% discount rate, and a 21% post-tax IRR with an 11-year mine life (24 months pre-production) and a 3,500 tonnes- per day mining and processing rate with a 3.3-year pay back based on metal prices of $1.22/lb zinc, $2.82/lb copper, $16.3/oz silver, $1,296/oz gold and $220/tonne bar- ite. Additionally, Constantine received all the necessary approvals to proceed with its proposed underground exploration plan which is expected to commence in 2020 subject to the receipt of necessary financing. Graphite One Resources Inc. [GPH- TSX-V; GPHOF-OTCQB] continues to develop its Graphite Creek project, located about 55 km north of Nome, where a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) is currently underway. The PFS is expected to be com- pleted in H2 2020. Graphite Creek is the highest-grade and largest-known large- flake graphite deposit in the US and could potentially become an American producer of high-grade Coated Spherical Graphite (CSG). The project is proposed as a vertically integrated enterprise to mine, process and manufacture high-grade CSG primarily for the lithium-ion electric vehicle battery market. Work continues on Contango ORE and Royal Gold joint venture Peak gold project near Tetlin. Discovered in 2013, a PEA was completed in September 2018 which out- lined a base case for an open pit operation with a pre-tax NPV 5% of US $393 million and IRR of 37.0%; using US $1,250/oz gold and US $17.00/oz silver. Life-of-mine (8 years) recovered gold is 1.093 million oz and 1.996 million oz silver – 9.3 million tonnes processed at an average grade of 3.99 g/t gold and 11.7 g/t silver with an after-tax payback period of approximately two years. For 2019, a US $6.9 million pro-rata funded exploration program is in progress that will include 5,000 metres of drilling. International Tower Hill Mines Ltd.'s [ITH-TSX; THM-NYSE] 11.5 million ounce Livengood gold project continues to advance. The discovery of placer gold at Livengood dates to the early 1900s but significant exploration for the lode source only began in earnest in 2006. Despite its already substantial size, tre- mendous exploration upside remains as the current resource covers only 1 km 2 of the 75 km 2 land package. A US $3.7 mil- lion program is underway which consists of additional metallurgical work aimed at defining and refining the project flow- sheet, as well, the processing of some 2,000 kg of sample material in an effort to evaluate optimum grind size. Baseline environmental work remains ongoing. Also in the Livengood area, Endurance Gold [EDG-TSXV; ENDGF-OTC] holds the Elephant Mountain and McCord Creek projects. Elephant Mountain comprises at least eight targets, two of the gold tar- gets have been drill-tested by Endurance resulting in highlights of 4.09 g/t gold over 4.6 metres in the South Zone and 0.40 g/t gold over 147.1 metres in the North Zone, with these intersections in drill holes sepa- rated by 1.4 km. Exploration in Goodpaster District has also seen a resurgence. Millrock Resources [MRO-TSXV] staked 892 min- eral claims covering 51,134 hectares adjacent to the mineral land held Northern Star following a CDN $1,000,000 equity investment by EMX Royalty Corp. [EMX- TSXV, NYSE American]. Northway Resources [NTW-TSXV] is a newly listed Canadian exploration company also exploring the GoodPaster District at the Healy Project and the 40 mile District at the Napolean Project. Staked in 2012 by Newmont Gold, Northway optioned the project from Newmont Gold in 2018.
