zones where grades of up to 2.48% U3O8 were intersected as well as conducting geophysical, geochemical and prospecting surveys on their Clearwater Project. Kivalliq Energy Corp. [KIV-TSXV] is working on its Angilak property, Nunavut. The NI 43-101 compliant resource hosts over 2.8 million tonnes U3O8 grading at 0.69%. The company plans on completing 25,000 metres of diamond drilling, 3,000 metres of RC drilling, electromag, radiometric and gravity surveying in 2013. Lakeland Resources Inc. [LK-TSXV; 6LL-FSE] has entered into a letter agreement dated Feb. 26, 2013, with 877384 Alberta Ltd. for the exclusive rights to acquire eight uranium projects located within the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan and Alberta. The purchase price remains to be finalized, and will depend on the results and recommendations of a NI 43-101 report on the properties currently in process. Rockgate Capital Corp. [RGT-TSX] holds the 267 km2 100%-owned Falea uranium-silver-copper project in western Mali, West Africa. In December 2012, the company released an updated NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate based on an additional 396 drill holes. Measured and indicated resources are pegged at 15.67 million tonnes grading 0.086% U3O8, 55 grams silver/tonne and 0.22% copper. Inferred resources stand at 15.35 million tonnes grading 0.05% U3O8, 18 grams silver/tonne and 0.24% copper. Skyharbour Resources Ltd. [SYHTSXV; SYHBF-OTC PK] recently acquired a large portfolio of mineral claims comprising six uranium properties in approximately 209,000 acres of land in the Athabasca Basin region, northern Saskatchewan. Five of the properties, comprising 197,000 acres of prospective ground, are strategically located near the Alpha Minerals and Fission Energy Patterson Lake South discovery area. Skyharbour also holds the Wheeler Project on the Eastern Flank of the Athabasca Basin that has three uranium showings.
