Historically, various British Columbia governments have had a reputation for
taking chances on big projects. Sometimes plans panned out and sometimes they
didn't. But the ruling Liberals' current wager on the seemingly magical economic
properties of liquefied natural gas (LNG) exports may be the biggest bet of all.
