[LMR-TSXV; LMRMF-OTC] has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Graphene Laboratories Inc. to co-develop a vertically integrated supply chain of high-quality graphite, cost-effective and scalable processing and the integration of grapheme-based products in end-user products. Graphene is an atomic-scale, honeycomb lattice made of carbon atoms derived from the mineral graphite. Composed of a single layer of graphite, graphene is one of the most transparent, the most conductive, the most mechanically strong and the most elastic of materials. Unknown only six years ago, graphene is moving fast from discovery to application, next year, Samsung's mobile phone screens will be made from graphene. The 3,780-hectare Quatre Milles property is 26 km from a major highway on a wellmaintained gravel road.
