[GSV-TSXV, NYSE MKT] released results from its first core hole drilled into the Bald Mountain gold-copper target for the 100%-owned Railroad Project, Nevada. Vertical core hole RRB13-1 intersected 56.1 metres of 1.47 g/t gold, including an internal interval of 7.3 metres of 5.66 g/t gold. Importantly, the gold intercept is hosted entirely in oxidized hornfels breccia and represents the most significant oxidized gold mineralization found to date in the northern Railroad Project area. Immediately below the gold intercept, RRB13-1 intersected a separate copper zone returning 23.3 metres of 0.4% copper as well as narrower but high-grade intercepts of other base metals and silver. The above press release followed the one below. Gold Standard released results of two additional core holes drilled into the North Bullion gold deposit. Results confirm the existence of a high-grade gold zone in the lower breccia and also expand the size of the larger, above-one-gram mineralized envelope surrounding the high-grade zone. New drill hole RR13-11 intersected 98.1 metres of 3.26 g/t gold including, 17.1 metres of 9.98 g/t. Hole 13-11 is located 70 metres west of previously drilled and reported hole RR13-08, that intersected 75 metres of 3.67 g/t of gold at essentially the same depth (about 275 metres below surface). • The high-grade mineralization encountered in 13-8 and 13-11 is open in all directions. • Drill hole RR13-12, in progress, is a 50-metre offset to the north of 13-8 and 13-11. • New drill hole RR13-10, located approximately 150 metres south of 13-08 and 11, 50 www.resourceworld.com PHONE: 1-866-873-8327 intersected 35 metres of 1.82 g/t in the upper breccia and 70.7 metres of 0.55 g/t in the lower breccia. Kivalliq Energy reports positive metallurgy at Angilak Project Kivalliq Energy Corp. [KIV-TSXV] provided an update on continuing metallurgical and beneficiation studies for its 340,268-acre Angilak property, Nunavut. This update summarizes preliminary results from work performed on the Lac 50 trend deposits, including: metallurgical testing of the J4 and Lac 50 zones as well as characterization studies related to optimal ore sorting methods. Key point summary: • J4 zone flotation achieved an optimum sulphide recovery of 99.2% in alkaline solution at a grind size of 100% passing 140 mesh (106 micrometres). • Positive alkaline leach results on the J4 zone indicate rapid uranium extraction: 92.3% in 12 hours, 95% in 24 hours and 96.7% in 48 hours. • Using improved alkaline leach parameters defined by the J4 zone testing, retesting of the 2012 Lac 50 composite upgraded the leach extraction of uranium to: 91.7% in 12 hours, 95.1% in 24 hours and 96.4% in WEB: www.FSCwire.com 48 hours (previous results released Feb. 28, 2013). • J4 zone sulphide flotation and alkaline leach results are consistent with other Lac 50 deposits. • Preliminary ore sort characterization of rock specimens from Lac 50 deposits indicates that radiometric sorting will be very effective. Radiometric characterization analysis demonstrates a 56% reduction in mass with a U3O8 recovery of 98%. • Metallurgical results demonstrate high uranium recoveries and rapid leach kinetics. TerraX assays 62.90 g/t gold over 5m at Northbelt TerraX Minerals Inc. [TXR-TSXV; TX0FSE] reported further high-grade gold assay results from drill core re-logged and re-sampled from its Northbelt property in the Yellowknife gold camp, Northwest Territories. These 16 holes had been drilled at the North Extension Shoot of the Crestaurum deposit, one of numerous gold occurrences on the Northbelt property, and intercepted high-grade gold near surface in several holes. Highlights include: • 62.90 g/t Au over 5.00 metres in hole 85-150; • 4.43 g/t Au over 5.00 metres in hole 85-148; and • 6.55 g/t Au over 2.00 metres in hole 85-151 TerraX is analyzing core from about 200 drill holes previously stored in the core yard at the Giant Mine site in Yellowknife, the assay results from the majority of which have never been reported by prior operators. This historical core included mineralized portions of 74 holes from the Crestaurum deposit that were drilled in 1985 by Giant Mines. n november 2013
