The company has been advancing the high-grade Kerr-Sulphurets-Mitchell (KSM) Project 65 km northwest of Stewart, northwest British Columbia that continues to deliver excellent drilling results, including 640 metres, the widest yet drilled at Deep Kerr, that returned an exceptional average copper grade of 0.85% and 0.42 g/t gold. Proven and probable reserves for the KSM Project total 38.2 million oz gold, 9.9 billion lbs copper, 191 million oz silver and 213 million lbs molybdenum. Measured and indicated resources stand at 49,003,000 oz gold, 12,717 million lbs copper, 261,325,000 oz silver and 303.8 million lbs moly. Inferred resources are pegged at 14,976,000 oz gold, 4,172 million lbs copper, 108,638,000 oz silver and 114.8 million lbs moly. Based on reserves of 2,164 million tonnes, mine life would be 55 years, plus potential for further undiscovered mineralization. In addition to receiving the support of the Mayors and Councils of Smithers and Terrace, Seabridge has also reached an agreement in principle on key elements of a Benefits Agreement with the Nisga'a First Nation. The company has been providing training of the local labour force. Although not part of the above financial assessment, Seabridge has also completed a favourable Preliminary Feasibility Study on its Courageous Lake gold project in the Northwest Territories which hosts proven and probable reserves of 6.5 million oz gold. 22 www.resourceworld.com RW December 2013.indd 22 DECEMBER/JANUARY 2014 12/11/2013 6:11 PM
