the 5+ metre wide-3 km long Mother Lode target near
the Ticup Mine. In addition, Viscount will verify historical gold
and silver assays from the Logan and New Imperial mines and
conduct soil and rock chip sampling at the Ticup Mine to iden-
tify drill targets.
Viscount also has a 100% interest in the 96-claim Silver
Cliff property in Custer County, Colorado which is situated in
an historical past-producing silver district where production
between 1878 and 1894 was from shear-vein zones and high-
grade breccia pipes. Lower grade mineralized halos are reported
to surround the high-grade zones.
Viscount has access to historical data for the Silver Creek
property, including extensive maps depicting old mines, explo-
ration targets and the locations of the historic resource estimate
drill holes. Company geologists will be visiting the property
to ascertain the next steps to verify the historical resource
estimates and explore for additional mineralization along the
known mineralized zones and find any undetected zones.
With insiders currently owning approximately 70% of its
shares, Viscount Mining is completing private placements
to fund the upcoming exploration programs. The company
is headed by Kaare Foy, Chairman, and James MacKenzie,
President and CEO.
