It is the second largest First Nations Band in BC, with almost 3,800 members and a traditional territory that covers 15,597 km 2 . Drury says the proposed line will go through between 180 and 200 km of the band's traditional territory. Vancouver-based Highbank Resources Ltd. [HBK-TSXV] also hopes it can capitalize on the Prince Rupert LNG project. The com- pany is developing the Swamp Point North aggregate project near Prince Rupert. CFO and director, Gary Musil, says Highank will begin expanding its production within one year of the project's anticipated start-up.
