Whitehorse, YT Y1A 5T6 coRRection In the October November issue page 61, in the GroundTruth Exploration article, GroundTruth Exploration equipment easy on the budget and the environment, the GroundTruth Probe in the photo was mistakenly captioned as the RAB (Rotary Air Blast) drill. The RAB Drill is a remotely controlled tracked platform with an on-board air compressor, tilting mast and rotary drill head. The RAB Drill has 1650 sq. inches of track coverage with less than 1.0 psi ground pressure allow- ing it to be extremely versatile and low impact in the field. The entire unit is powered by a 44hp Turbo charged Kubota diesel engine and is completely air / hydraulically operated. Samples are collected at 5m intervals in grid formation reaching depths between 10 – 30m into the bedrock. Production average is 4-6 drill holes/day @ 10m depth. Left is a photo of the RAB Drill.
