[AOT-TSXV] has returned promising 2014 drill results from the Premier area of its Premier-Dilworth gold-silver project located in northwest British Columbia, approximately 20 km north-northeast of Stewart. The project area, a gold, silver and base metal epither- mal property hosting the historic Premier Mine, contains multiple bulk tonnage tar- gets including the Premier, Big Missouri, Martha-Ellen and Dilworth targets, and covers approximately 105 km 2 . It is in the same region as Pretium's Brucejack Project, and Seabridge's Kerr Sulphurets Mitchell (KSM) Project, but upholds the distinguishing advantage of having easy road access. Ascot has signed an option agreement with Boliden ltd. for the Premier and Dilworth options to acquire 100% interest in the mineral claims. Initial goals for the 2014 drill program were to expand the Big Missouri tar- get area, and to demonstrate continuity between historically drilled target areas within the Premier Mine area. The Premier Mine is a past producer which produced 2.1 M oz gold and 44.9 M oz silver. According to an interview with Ascot's consulting Senior Project Geologist, Graeme Evans, "In the spring, we (Ascot) got the database for the Premier Mine workings after two years of effort. After GIS analysis, the area looked more contin- uous than expected, so the goal became to demonstrate continuity. Historically, only a small chunk of the larger Premier system was mined." Drilling was initiated at Premier before Big Missouri due to the presence of com- parably less snow. As positive assay results were returned from the Premier Zone, the program focus shifted almost exclusively to Premier, and Evans remarked, "We stayed there." A total of 36,672 metres in 169 drill holes were drilled in 2014, approximately 150 of which were drilled at Premier. Ascot Resources will continue to focus on Premier as a priority target in 2015. Based on Ascot's press releases in 2014, historic work and recent drilling indicate mineralization within the Premier system is focused in a structural zone ranging from 30 to 150 metres in thickness with known strike length of 1,600+ metres and dip length of 1,500 metres. The majority of the area has only been 'loosely tested' with very good lateral and dip continuity of the system to date. A high-grade gold target (defined as greater than 1 oz/ton had been traced over a strike length of 400 metres and remains open along strike in both directions within the Premier West Zone. Notably, in the West Zone, assay results indicate a 0.75- metre interval of 14,394 g/t gold and 6,830 g/t silver in drill hole P14-707 from 167.0 to 167.75 metres; a 1.0-metre interval of 1,395 g/t gold and 739 g/t silver in P14-594 from 130.0 to 131.0 metres; and a 1.0-metre interval of 1,115 g/t gold and 481 g/t silver in P14-717 from 120.0 to 121.0 metres. Notable down-dip assay results (approx- imately 350 metres in strike length away from the West Zone and separated by the historically mined Glory Hole Zone) include a 1.88-metre interval of 128.7 g/t gold and 3,209 g/t silver in P14-706 from depth 193.1 to 195 metres. Additionally, late 2014 drilling in the newly drill tested Premier Main Zone, a 'large target area', demonstrates that down-dip extensions of Ascot rEsoUrcEs – promising premier project is focus for 2015 by Laura Barker A view of the mill site of the Premier Mine near Stewart, northwest British Columbia.
