[CPL-TSXV; W0I-FSE] is currently arranging financing for a winter drill program at the 104 km 2 Marshall Lake, copper-zinc (gold-silver) prospect located 120 km north of Geraldton, northwest Ontario. The company holds a 37.5% interest in the claims, which can increase to 50% upon spending a further $1 million on exploration by August 2017. A further 25% can be earned upon comple- tion of a bankable feasibility study. Prospecting on the road-accessible prop- erty has discovered multiple near-surface copper, zinc, gold and silver occurrences that have been named: Billiton, Gazooma, Gripp Lake Peninsula, Teck Hill, Cherry Hill, D Zone and the RM Zone. New log- ging roads have provided better access, resulting in further mineral discoveries. In addition, a number of promising geophysi- cal (VTEM) anomalies have been identified. Earlier drill results have returned encouraging results: • (MAR 07-11): 24.10 m of 0.69% copper, 0.72% zinc, 37 g/t silver and 0.03 g/t gold • (GAZ-0602): 27.00 m of 2.03% copper, 38 g/t silver and 0.30 g/t gold • (TEK-08-09): 50.50 metres of 0.84% cop- per, 9 g/t silver and 0.04 g/t gold After a re-evaluation of its exten- sive data sets, Copper Lake decided to focus on the RM Zone where numerous drill intersections discovered significant stringer-style mineralization. This work generated four geophysical 3D-IP targets. One target was selected and the company drilled two holes: • RMZ 13-40: 43.0 metres of 1.38% copper, 5 g/t silver and 0.04 g/t gold • RMZ 13-41: 700.00 metres of 0.54% cop- per, 2 g/t silver and 0.03 g/t gold These positive drill results confirmed both the continuity of mineralization and veri- fied the 3D-IP modeling methodology. In 2014 and early 2015, the company collated and digitized over 400 drill holes, 400+ line- km of geophysics as well as trenching and surface sampling assays. A re-interpretation of the data identified six high priority large VTEM targets and other IP anomalies. The winter program will drill two holes on all six targets. The targets have been divided into two groupings of three. The first group is adjacent to drilled known discoveries at South Billiton, Gazooma and Teck Hill East. The second group is located at Gripp Lake, Gripp SE and Gripp Lake NE which are situated northeast of the RM discovery zone. The next step will be determined by results from these holes. Copper Lake has a second prospect known as Norton Lake, also in northwest Ontario, where it holds a 69.79% interest. The project hosts a NI 43-101 compli- ant measured and indicated resource of 2.2 million tonnes grading 0.67% nickel, 0.03% cobalt and 0.046 g/t palladium. The company has been considering a small drill program and is awaiting permits. n miNiNG
