[OK-TSXV] recently announced results from the 2016 reverse circulation (RC) drilling program on its 100%-owned, grassroots, Pyramid copper-gold property located 65 km north of Dease Lake in northwest British Columbia. The Pyramid property is in the Quesnellia Terrane which is host to the Afton, Mt. Milligan, Mt. Polley, Gibraltar and Highland Valley copper gold mines. The company reported that, "All drill holes intersected anomalous intervals of miner - alized intrusive rocks." OK2 Minerals' CEO, Minaz Devji, said, "The work done at Pyramid in 2016 con- tinues to demonstrate its potential for extensive porphyry style copper-gold mineralization. We are very excited about the drilling we plan to do in 2017 as we continue to explore this very prospective ground." The five-hole, RC drill program focused on the West Zone. The results have helped prioritize areas for diamond drilling. In addition to analyzing the entire hole, each hole was scanned by a Terraspec Halo hand held instrument which confirmed that the gold mineralization at Pyramid is consistent with hydrothermal alteration commonly occurring in porphyry copper-gold sys - tems. These readings also confirm that the copper at Pyramid comes from a primary porphyry environment. The Pyramid property is comprised of four main zones: the West Zone, Zone 37, The East Zone and the Central Zone. At the West Zone, a 3.7 km² gold (22.5 ppb) and copper (250 ppm) soil anomaly covers much of the zone with individual soil values as high as 4.2 g/t gold and 0.3% copper. Rock sampling has returned values up to 0.44% copper and 4.4 g/t gold there. Adjacent to West Zone is Zone 37, discov - ered in 2016. Rock sampling from Zone 37 has returned values up to 0.47% copper, 83 g/t gold (2.67 oz/ton gold) and 10 g/t silver. Airborne geophysics, prospecting, rock, stream, and soil sampling were completed at the East Zone in 2013. In 2013-2014 samples returned values as high as 4.6 g/t and 11.5 g/t gold and 0.31% copper in altered intrusive. Disseminated miner - alization occurs with values up to 0.90% copper, 1.1 g/t gold. 2016 work expanded the zone to more than 3.5 km 2 . The Central Zone was discovered in 2013 as a four-line copper in soil anomaly occur- ring in a significant circular magnetic low. A 2014 IP survey outlined a large, buried IP high chargeability anomaly flanked by a resistivity lows, the classic geophysical signature of a buried porphyry. OK2 Minerals also has the Kinskuch Project, a strategic land package located in the southern portion of the Golden Triangle. The property hosts an advanced Cu-Au porphyry prospect. Discovery hole BB03-03 returned 25 m of 0.86% Cu with 0.64 g/t Au and another intersection of 21 m of 0.36% Cu with 0.24 g/t Au which ended in mineralization. n
