Its flagship project is the 100%-optioned Goldenville Mine in Guysborough County which has an historic NI 43-101 inferred resource of 244,730 ounces of gold in 533,739 tonnes grading 14.26 g/t and an historical indi- cated resource of 37,000 ounces of gold in 106,976 tonnes grading 10.76 g/t, using a cut-off of 2.0 g/t gold. It is the largest historic producer in Nova Scotia. A new, independent updated resource estimate is being prepared. Osprey also has the Miller Lake, Gold Lake and Lower Seal Harbour projects. Pioneer Coal Ltd. had operated the last Nova Scotia pit coal mine near Stellarton. However, Morien Resources [MOX- TSXV] recently started production from Kameron Collieries ULC's underground Donkin coal mine in Cape Breton, run by Chris Cline, an American billionaire and coal entrepreneur. Morien owns a 2-4% sliding-scale royalty on Donkin's produc- tion. At current coal prices, yearly royalty payments are likely to be in the range of $4-$8 million. New Millennium Iron Corp. [NML- TSX] has been active in the Labrador Trough since 2003 and over time estab- lished control of extensive taconite and direct shipping ore (DSO) properties in the Menihek area, straddling the border between Labrador and Québec, near the town of Schefferville. Since 2011, the com- pany has significantly advanced earlier work toward project development with its taconite properties through feasibility studies and technical reports on its large KéMag and LabMag taconite deposits car- ried out with strategic partner (and largest shareholder) Tata Steel Minerals Canada Ltd., coupled with exploration programs on five other deposits. Rambler Metals and Mining PLC [RAB-TSXV; RMM-AIM] has a 100% own- ership in the Ming copper-gold mine and processing facility and year round bulk storage and shipping facility on the Baie Verte peninsula, Newfoundland. Phase II plans are to increase mine and mill produc- tion to 1,250 tpd by mid-2017. Rambler will also continue to advance engineer- ing studies on ore pre-concentration and shaft rehabilitation with a view to fur- ther increase production to 2,000 tpd at the Ming Mine.
