Nevada Copper Corp. [NCU-TSX] has
the fully permitted, construction ready,
Pumpkin Hollow copper-gold project
in Lyon County, Nevada. A July 2015
Integrated Feasibility Study confirmed the
viability of a 70,000 tons/day copper min-
ing and processing operation comprising
a single large concentrator with mill feed
from both open pit and underground oper-
ation with a mine life of 23 years. Proven
and probable reserves, including open pit
and underground mineable, are 572 mil-
lion tons of ore grading 0.47% copper
equivalent containing 5.05 billion pounds
of copper, 761,000 ounces of gold and 27.6
million ounces of silver.
Nevada Exploration Inc. [NGE-TSXV]
has five gold exploration properties in
Nevada: Grass Valley, South Grass Valley,
Kelly Creek, Hot Pot and Awakening.
On April 20, 2017, Nevada Exploration
announced the completion of the first
2,600 metres drilled at the Kelly Creek
Project. NGE's CEO, Wade Hodges, said
of initial drill results, "… the early results
of our Scorpion drilling program at Kelly
Creek confirm that we are focusing in on a
number of shallow bedrock targets by fol-
lowing increasing concentrations of gold
in all three of: the bedrock, the alluvial
cover, and the groundwater."
Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. [NEV-
TSXV] is exploring properties in Nevada:
Golden Arrow gold project, subject of a
2009 NI 43-101 resource estimate; Kinsley
Mountain 20.9% interest (Liberty (Pilot)
Gold 79.1%) subject of a 2017 1,400-metre
drill program; Roulette gold project sub-
ject of a 2017 1,000-metre drill program;
and the Nevada Lithium Project. On April
3, 2017, Nevada Sunrise and its explora-
tion partner, Advantage Lithium Corp.
[AAL-TSXV] announced that the final two
holes of the 2016-2017 drilling campaign
at Clayton NE intersected lithium in brine
of up to 238 milligrams per litre in bore-
hole CNE-17-05.
