in north-central Saskatchewan. Regional sampling suggested the
potential for multiple kimberlites or kimberlite clusters within a
15 km by 20 km source area covered by the claims.
The Pikoo Project hosts 10 discrete kimberlite discoveries, five
of which have been tested and are confirmed to be diamond-bear-
ing. All the kimberlites discovered by North Arrow are located at
the up-ice termination of KIM trains delineated by till sampling.
Forty-two till samples were collected in the southern part
of the property to better define the South Pikoo and Bear Lake
KIM trains in an effort to identify additional drill targets prior to
renewed exploration drilling on the property. The samples have
been delivered to the processing laboratory and will be processed
prior to the end of the year, Armstrong confirms.
North Arrow is also involved in a 80/20 joint venture with
Stornoway Diamond Corp. [SWY-TSX; SWYDF-OTC] on 3,500
hectares of minerals claims in northeastern Ontario near the com-
munities of Cobalt, New Liskeard, Elk Lake, and Notre Dame du
Nord (Québec).
