[RRS-TSXV] is an exploration and min- ing company with two silica projects as well as the Radio Hill iron ore project and the Langmuir nickel project. Its focus is advancing its Silicon Ridge Project 95 km northeast of Québec City and the Snow White Quartz Project near Massey, Ontario. Snow White comprises two claims, covering about 96 hectares, located approximately 26 km northwest of the town of Massey, 125 km west of the city of Sudbury. The project has Class A and Class B Pit-Quarry-Aggregate Permits for unlimited annual silica/quartz production. The area surrounding the project is equipped with good infrastructure, an existing access road, and is also proximate to deep-water ports on Lake Huron that the company expects could ease transportation logistics for the proj- ect. Additional areas of possible quartz mineralization have been identified on the property and could represent targets for future exploration. Rogue has been in contact with local contractors, as well as the port's owners, for preliminary operations and logistics contract- ing discussions. The work completed on Snow White at this stage is preliminary and production is not yet certain. The Silicon Ridge property comprises eight contiguous map designated mineral claims (CDC claims), which form a rectangu- lar block covering a total area of 462.6 hectares. The property is located only 40 km north of the City of Baie-Saint-Paul, which bor- ders the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River in central Québec. MGX Minerals [XMG-CSE] is a diversified Canadian resource company with interests in advanced material and energy assets throughout North America. The company recently started explora- tion, design and permitting activities on its Kootenay and Wonah silicon projects located near Canal Flats, southern British Columbia. Archaeological assessment and environmental assessment are expected to start shortly. Infrastructure evaluation is underway including assessment of the bulk commodity load out facility at Canal Flats, inclusive of 10 railcar sidings, previously used for gyp- sum loading. The company also has a number of lithium projects. ZINC-AIR BATTERY IDEAL FOR INTERMITTENT POWER STORAGE MGX Minerals recently announced a major advancement in mass storage battery technology when it acquired ZincNyx Energy Solutions, Inc. (ZincNyx), now a subsidiary of MGX. The zinc-air battery solves the long-standing reliability issue of intermittent power sources, such as wind and solar, which occurs when fila- ments of zinc (dendrites) grow in unintended areas of zinc air-flow batteries and may cause membrane ruptures or short circuits. The ZincNyx system is immune to this effect because it uses zinc dendrites as fuel and consumes them as part of its normal The ZincNyx Energy Solutions zinc-air battery technology.
