may consist of up to 15 diamond drill holes for about 2,000 metres. In September this year, Shamrock released an NI 43-101 compliant technical report on the Fireweed property. The report states that a massive sulphide environment of deposition exists. Significant mineralization also occurs outside of the massive sulphide zone(s), but drilling to date has not yet defined the extent of mineralization on the west zone or the Feeder Zone. The zone is open to depth and laterally. The Fireweed property has a historical non-NI 43-101 compliant resource of 640,000 tonnes grading 277 g/t silver, 2.22% zinc and 1.34% lead. Shamrock management is well seasoned. President, CEO, and director, Gordon Osinchuk, has over 20 years' experience as a stockbroker, most recently with Yorkton Securities in 2000. Director, Melvin Plenny (Plen) Dickson P .Eng., graduated from Mount Allison University with a B.Sc. in Geology and has over 30 years of mining experience from grassroots to production. CFO Ryan Cheung, C.A., graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business in 2002 from the University of Victoria. He spent several years, in public accounting practice providing assurance, tax and business advisory services. In September 2008, Cheung founded Midland Chartered Accountants Ltd. and is a director of AMI Resources and Midasco Capital. In September, Shamrock appointed Robert Faris as Manager of IT and Geotech. Faris has 26 years in the Canadian investment and junior exploration sectors. He worked for War Eagle Mining for 15 years holding various positions including Vice-President, Corporate Development, and worked for several years with CanAlaska Resources and Freegold Recovery. In early November, the company received conditional approval for the listing of its shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is proceeding to satisfy the listing conditions and obtain final approval.
