Under the alliance, any ground staked by Sable within 5 km of Westhaven's existing projects will be subject to a 2.5% net smelter royalty. Additionally, Westhaven has a 30-day right of first refusal for a three-year period for any properties within the same 5 km radius. Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. [EUO-CSE] (halted) signed an asset pur - chase agreement January 24, 2019, in which the company will acquire Sable's British Columbia mineral properties, pend- ing regulatory approval. Rokmaster Resources Corp. [RKR- TSXV; RKMSF-OTC] has a 100% interest in the Duncan Lake zinc-lead-silver prospect located 64 km north of Kaslo in the Slocan Mining Divison. A 1.0-metre grab sample south of the No.3 Zone returned 21.44% zinc, 23 g/t silver and 12.57% lead. Sego Resources Inc. [SGZ-TSXV] has been drilling and trenching its 100%- owned Miner Mountain property, an alkalic copper-gold porphyry exploration project located near Princeton. Sego exca - vated 100 metres of trenching and exposed a new important zone approximately 500 metres west of the known Cuba Zone. This new zone was originally defined by com- bined soil and geophysical anomalies. The trenches exposed about 40 metres of copper mineralization, including malachite, azurite and chalcopyrite, with 26 metres of particu- larly elevated grade. The two highest assays were 1.63% copper and 0.24 g/t gold; as well as 2.28% copper and 0.8 g/t gold. The Phase II 2018 drilling and trenching program was developed as the beginning of a much larger-scale exploration program designed to expand and enhance mineral - ization at the Miner Mountain Project. Taseko Mines Ltd. [TKO-TSX; TGB- NYSE American], which is operator and 75% owned of the Gibraltar copper- molybdenum-silver mine 65 km north of Williams Lake, recently acquired all the shares of Yellowhead Mining Inc.
