[NTY-TSXV; RDGCF-OTCQB; R9G2- FSE] in the Hidden Lake lithium property 40 km east of Yellowknife. The agree - ment resulted in the completion of a fully financed and successful maiden drill pro- gram in summer 2018. Drilling at Hidden Lake intercepted numerous well-miner- alized intersections returned from near surface, including 1.6% lithium oxide over 9.2 metres and 2% lithium oxide over 5.2 metres. Far Resources has now earned a 60% interest. Fortune Minerals Ltd. [FT-TSX; FTMDF-OTCQX] recently signed a socio- economic agreement with the government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) for the 100%-owned proposed NICO cobalt-gold- bismuth-copper project. The agreement formalizes objectives to maximize north - ern and Indigenous employment, training, business opportunities, and education to benefit residents of the NWT. The agree- ment also establishes measures to identify and mitigate socio-economic impacts arising from development of the mine and related facilities in Tlicho Territory 160 km north- west of Yellowknife. The primary metal at NICO is cobalt but also hosts over a million ounces of gold and some 12% of global bis- muth reserves. Fortune owns lands in Saskatchewan where it can construct a refinery to pro- cess NICO concentrate to value-added products. The Environmental Assessment process is complete and the federal and Tlicho governments have approved the NICO Mine and mill. Fortune has received the Type A Water License and Land Use Permit required to construct and operate the NICO Mine and concentrator, The company also owns the Sue-Dianne copper-silver-gold deposit 25 km north of the NICO Project, a potential future source of incremental mill feed to extend the life of the NICO Project mill. GoldMining Inc. [GOLD-TSX; GLDLF- OTCQX] has a 100% interest in the Yellowknife Gold project comprising sev - eral properties (Nicholas Lake, Ormsby, Goodwin Lake, Clan Lake and Big Sky) that cover portions of the Yellowknife Greenstone Belt from 17 to 100 km north of Yellowknife. Historic measured and indicated resources are 27.12 Mt grading 1.97 g/t gold (1,715,000 oz) at 0.5 g/t gold cut-off for open pit resources and 1.5 g/t gold for underground resources. There is a winter road and nearby power. The company also owns the Narrow Lake property that includes the N1 and N2 claims, which cover 618 hectares con - tiguous with the southern boundary of the Nicholas Lake-Ormsby property. Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc. [DIA- TSXV; DDIAF-OTC] has earned a 60% interest in the Diagras diamond project in the Lac de Gras region from Arctic Star Exploration Corp. [ADD-TSXV; ASDZF- OTCQB; 82A1-FSE]. Plans call for drilling identified kimberlite targets. Margaret Lake also holds the Kirk Lake and contiguous 70%-optioned Margaret Lake diamond prospects. Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. [MPVD-TSX, NASDAQ] included in its February rough diamond sale an excep - tional quality 60.59-carat fancy vivid yellow rough diamond. The diamond was recov- ered at the company's 49%-owned Gahcho Kué Mine 280 km northeast of Yellowknife in October 2018. DeBeers, operator, has a 51% interest. Gahcho Kué is the world's largest new diamond mine, comprising four diamondiferous kimberlites, three of which are being developed and mined under the initial 12-year mine plan. Nighthawk Gold Corp. [NHK-TSXV] continues to receive very good drilling results from its projects in the NWT. In the Horseshoe Zone at the Damoti Lake Project, hole D18-07B intersected 14.75 metres of 6.91 g/t gold, including 4.25 metres of 15.28 g/t; 9.50 metres of 2.61 g/t, including 4.00 metres of 3.50 g/t gold. At the Colomac Project, drilling returned 25.25 metres of 3.42 g/t gold (uncut), including 12.75 metres of 5.05 g/t gold, and 7.25 metres of 7.10 g/t gold. At the Treasure Island gold project 11 km north of Colomac, drilling returned 46.25 metres of 3.31 g/t gold, including 21.75 metres of 6.23 g/t gold, and 7.75 metres of 14.20 g/t gold.
