"In addition to that, we have just over 7 million tons of undiluted resources and we anticipate that those will get converted into reserves and hopefully give us another 15 years. So for total life, we're looking at about 30 years." "Just to give you an idea, the zinc equivalent grade of the reserves are 23%, and for the resources, it is 27% zinc equiv - alent," said MacDonald. "That's undiluted, so when you dilute it, the grade will go down but the tonnage will go up." MacDonald noted that once in production, the mine will be a very big cash producer. "It'll average about $100 million a year of EBITDA for many decades. We looked at all of the deposits over 1.1 billion lbs. of zinc and it was the third high - est grade in the world of undeveloped deposits and was the fifth highest grade if you included the existing reserves of existing operations," said MacDonald. "It's very high-grade." In his 35 years of mining experience, MacDonald has developed 12 different mines in Canada, US and South America and has been involved in 20 operations in total. He actually retired but came back because he liked the way min - ing benefits local communities in a way that very few other activities do. NorZinc has a production target date for late 2022. The company also holds three advanced stage zinc projects in Newfoundland: Long Lake, South Tally Pond and Tulks South. Zinc One Resources Inc. Since then, modeling on the Bongarita zinc-oxide deposit, which is hosted by soils, has added 10,000 tonnes of 13.8% containing 3,000,000 lbs. of zinc as indicated and 700 tonnes of 12.7% zinc for 200,000 lbs. of contained zinc inferred. ZincX Resources Corp. [ZNX-TSXV; CZXMF-OTC; A0RAQJ-FSE] has a 100% interest in the advanced stage Akie Project in the Kechika Trough 260 km north-northwest of Mackenzie, British Columbia. Inferred resources stand at 7.5 million tonnes averaging 7.04% zinc, 1.24% lead and 12 g/t silver. ZincX also has a 100% interest in the nearby zinc-lead-sil- ver-barite Kechika Regional Project in which Teck Resources Ltd. [TECK.B-TSX; TECK-NYSE] can earn a 70% interest. n • $30 MM option agreement with Rio Tinto to explore the Janice Lake Copper project in Saskatchewan • Rio has committed $3MM in exploration over the next 18 months www.forumenergymetals.com • High resolution airborne magnetometer survey and ~7,000 m of drilling in 25-30 holes planned to begin this summer.
