Nickel North Exploration Corp. TICKER SYMBOL: NNX-TSXV SHARES OUTSTANDING: 40,420,405 YEAR HIGH-LOW: $0.22–$0.10 Nickel North Exploration Corp. has been receiving good assay results from its polymetallic (copper-nickel-cobalt-PGE-gold) Hawk Ridge prospect 135 km northwest of Kuujjuak in the Ungava Bay region of the Labrador Trough, northern Québec. Nickel North is acquiring a 100% interest in the project, subject to a 3% NSR. In 2012, diamond drill hole HR-2012-01 in the Gamma Zone returned 35.6 metres grading 0.52% copper, 0.22% nickel, 0.01% cobalt and 0.39 grams/tonne of platinum group elements + gold, including 10 metres of 0.66% copper, 0.3% nickel, 0.01% cobalt and 0.43 g/t PGEs + gold, including 2.78 metres of 2.19% copper, 1.15% nickel, 0.05% cobalt and 1.01 g/t PGEs + gold. The 2012 exploration program included aerial surveys, geophysics, diamond drilling and re-assaying. Commenting on the results from Hawk Ridge, Dr. Larry Hulbert stated, "Having been deeply involved in the compilation of the extensive historical data, together with this year's drilling and geophysical results – has led to a new understanding of the geological controls governing sulphide mineralization. I am becoming increasingly confident in the potential of Hawk Ridge to become a new major source of sulphide-hosted nickel, copper and platinum group elements." Dr. Hulbert, P .Geo., is a company advisor with over 40 years experience in nickel-copperPGE exploration. The property has an extensive exploration history dating back to 1961 that includes 24,000 metres in 361 holes completed by various operators, including Esso, SOQUEM, Phelps Dodge and Falconbridge. The 50-km long Hawk Ridge property, envisaged as an open pit operation, is situated on tidewater 5 km from an airport. The region also hosts Xstrata's producing Raglan Ni-Cu-PGE Mine, Goldcorp's Eleonore Mine, now under construction, as well as Oceanic Iron Ore's iron deposit, currently under development. This year, Nickel North has planned a $4-5 million resource definition drilling program in addition to expanding historical and new high-grade zones and testing 36 new geophysical anomalies. Metallurgical studies will be carried out and a NI 43-101 resource report will be completed. n ALPHA THE NEW BEGINNING FOR URANIUM TSXV: AMW PATTERSON LAKE SOUTH: High Grade, Near Surface, Uranium Discovery!
