Platinum Group Metals Ltd. The company has a 74% interest in the WBJV Project 1 Mine with 26% owned by Africa Wide Prospecting and Exploration (Pty) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesizwe Platinum Ltd. The Project 1 platinum mine is a shallow, highgrade Merensky-style deposit. The US $100 million Phase I construction program, started in 2010, was focused on building infrastructure and underground development. The Phase II construction program, now under way, is focused on completing the processing infrastructure and further TerraX Minerals Inc. Recent sampling, induced polarization and airborne magnetic surveys have identified Oyu Tolgoi porphyry-style, gold-copper mineralization up to 1.4 km wide over a 6 km strike length. Epithermal mineralization has also been identified by sampling at the Forty Creek showing, located 2 km northeast of the alteration zone, which returned grab samples up to 59 grams gold/tonne and 2,290 grams silver/tonne. Additional grab sampling of quartz veins at Forty Creek returned values of 48.8 grams gold/tonne and 1,990 grams silver/tonne. In addition, soil sampling at 12 www.resourceworld.com ore development. Resources total 2.8 million tonnes measured and 5.4 million tonnes indicated, representing 8.2 million ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold. Proven reserves stand at 1.8 million tonnes with probable reserves pegged at 2.9 million tonnes, representing 4.7 million ounces of platinum, palladium, rhodium and gold. The typical metal split is as follows: 64% platinum, 27% palladium, 5% rhodium and 4% gold. The WBJV Project 1 Mine currently employs about 400 workers (30% are locals). First production from the Project 1 platinum mine is scheduled for late 2014. The company is also exploring the Waterberg Project in the northern limb the Stewart porphyry target 5 km to the southwest of Forty Creek extended the multi-element soil anomaly (Au-Cu-Mo) 200 m to the southwest, at which point it is covered by Camp Pond Lake. The southern part of the Property is accessible by road and the remainder is accessible by all terrain vehicles. The Northbelt prospect is situated on the northern strike continuation of the Yellowknife gold camp, immediately west of the major break controlling gold mineralization in the camp. This spatial location is host to all known gold deposits in the Yellowknife camp, including the past producing 7.6 million ounce Giant Mine and of the Bushveld Complex of South Africa where a NI 43-101 resource report has been released. Japan Oil and Gas Mineral Exploration Corp. (JOGMEC) has earned a 37% interest in Waterberg by spending US $3.2 million. Platinum Group Metals Ltd. has a 49.9% interest in the JOGMEC JV area and an 87.5% interest in the extension area. Current inferred resources stand at 10.1 million ounces of platinum, palladium and gold.
