Tinka Resources Ltd. TICKER SYMBOL: TK-TSXV; TKRFF-PK; TLD-FSE SHARES OUTSTANDING: 75,086,399 YEAR HIGH-LOW: $1.25–$0.40 Tinka Resources Ltd. continues to receive good drill results from its 100%-owned Colquipuro silver-lead-zinc project in west-central Peru. The property comprises 46 contiguous mineral tenements covering an area of 9,827 hectares located in the richly mineralized silver-lead-zinc belt 40 km northwest of Cerro de Pasco. Recent assays from returned 18.7 metres grading 165 grams silver/tonne, including 8.0 metres of 298 g/t silver and 12 metres of 3.34% zinc. The new drilling is the first of a series of infill holes designed to increase the resource base and upgrade the resource from the inferred to the indicated category. Further drilling will also be carried out west and north of the established silver resource area, exploring for addi- tional mineralization, once the company has received approval for an amended drill permit. To date, two zones of silver-zinc mineralization have been identified, situated 1.5 km apart, have been the subject of the drilling programs. An independent NI 43-101 resource report has determined an inferred silver resource of 32.7 million ounces at a 15 grams/tonne cut-off grade and 29.6 million ounces at 30 g/t cut-off, features average grades of 73 grams silver/ tonne and 109 g/t silver, respectively. Preliminary metallurgical test work done in 2009 demonstrated positive results, including silver recoveries ranging from 90 to 97%. Bottle roll and column vat leach tests done in 2012 show recoveries up to 84% and 71%, respectively, using weaker cyanide solution than used in 2009. At the massive sulphide Ayawilca Zone at the Colquipuro Project, 1.5 km south of Zone 1, two 3-D inversion IP geophysical surveys have identified a blind target, east TSXV: ORX of the surface showings previously drilled, trending east-west for at least 1,200 metres. The best results to date include 8 metres grading 15.94% zinc and 33 grams silver/tonne, 30 metres of 3.49% zinc and 10 metres of 7% zinc. A diamond drill program is currently underway to test this IP anomaly. n orefinders.ca +1 250 707 0911 Exploring Canada's Richest Gold Districts Kirkland Lake and Red Lake, Ontario Fully financ ed •Costeffectiveyear-roundexplorationanddrilling •ReportinghighgradegoldatMiradoproject–KirklandLake •Fasttrackto100%ownership M AY 2 0 1 3 www.resourceworld.com 13
