The company has several production-ready, standby and development projects in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Fission 3.0 Corp. [FUU-TSXV] and JV partner, Azincourt Uranium, continue exploration on the PLN Project in the Athabasca Basin where a 2014 exploration program proved the prospectivity of the conductive/structural systems. Fission 3.0 maintains a portfolio of nine properties in the basin and the Macusani, uranium property in Peru. Fission 3.0 is exploring its Clearwater West property in the basin with JV partner Brades Resource Corp. [BRA-TSXV; B04-FSE]. Fission Uranium Corp.'s [FCU- TSXV; FCUUF-OTCQX] major discovery at its 100%-owned, road-accessible, Patterson Lake South (PLS) property in the Athabasca Basin has fuelled inter- est and exploration in the Athabasca Basin. On April 28, 2014, Fission announced the results of the final 10 drill holes of the winter 2014 drill program. The holes tested other conductors – some of them parallel on-trend and some stepped up to the north along the mineralized corridor. The drilling found uranium min- eralization that filled in the gaps along the trend. The R780E Zone was a merger of four different zones that totaled 855 metres. The strike was extended by another 130 metres. Both the strike length and depth of mineralization remain open. On May 13, Fission reported assays for eight holes drilled in the R780E Zone. Hole PLS14-158 returned 8.57% U 3 O 8 over 5.0 metres in 2.58% U 3 O 8 over 30.0 metres and 12.53% U 3 O 8 over 5.5 metres in 6.85% U 3 O 8 over 10.0 metres. A radon-in-lake survey followed up on 15 EM basement con- ductors that will help plan this summer's drill program. Forsys Metals Corp. [FSY-TSX] is developing its 100%-owned and permitted Norasa uranium project in mining friendly and politically stable Namibia, Africa. In March, 2014, Forsys Metals announced it had filed and updated NI 43-101 technical report for the project. The estimated inferred mineral resource is 50 Mt grading 198 ppm U 3 O 8 for 22 M lbs of U 3 O 8. Construction is expected to begin in early 2015. The Namibian government issued a 25-year mining license for the Norasa Mine. Forum Uranium Corp. [FDC-TSXV; FDCFF-OTC] announced the start of the drilling of a 3,000-metre program at its Northwest Athabasca JV in March 2014. The NW Athabasca Project is a joint venture held 64% jointly by Forum and NexGen Energy Ltd. Forum is operator of the JV with 23.5% partner Cameco and 12.5% partner AREVA Resources Canada. Forum recently completed a survey and sampling program its 100%-owned Clearwater Project located just south of the Athabasca Basin where a 12-hole, 3,000-metre drill program is underway. Forum's other 100%-owned uranium projects, located in or near the Athabasca Basin, include the Key Lake Road Project, Henday Project, Maruice Point Project, and Fir Island. Forum's 100%- owned North Thelon Project is in the Thelon Basin, Nunavut. Kivalliq Energy Corp. [KIV-TSXV] has, so far, invested $55 million exploring its flagship, Angilak property, Nunavut, where it has drilled over 89,000 metres. The Angilak property, host to the Lac 50 Trend deposit, has a NI 43-101 inferred resource of 2,831,000 tonnes grading 0.69% U 3 O 8 , totaling 43.3 million lbs U 3 O 8 . Kivalliq has a partnership with First Nations who may opt to participate (25%) or take a royalty (7.5%) in the project. Also in Nunavut is Kivalliq's Baker Basin property (100%-owned except for diamond rights) acquired in October of 2013. Recently $7 million worth of exploration has been conducted on the Baker property. The company believes there is a developing uranium district in Nunavut. Kivalliq is planning a drill program to explore its 100%-owned Genesis property northeast of the Athabasca Basin. The company acquired the property in January 2014. Lakeland Resources Inc. [LK-TSXV; 6LL-FSE] announced, on April 11, 2014, the acquisition of five new uranium proper- ties in the Athabasca Basin bringing the number of projects in its Athabasca Basin portfolio to 16 (+150,000 hectares). The five new projects include Lazy Edward Bay, Karen Lake, Black Lake, Hidden Bay and Fedun Lake. Exploration for 2014 includes a $1.5 million drill program at the Gibson's Creek property; an $800,000 exploration program on the Lazy Edward property; a $350,000 exploration program on the Perch property; and a $280,000 exploration program on the South Pine property. Laramide Resources Ltd. [LAM-TSX, ASX] explores and develops uranium properties in Australia and the US. The Drilling to commence June 2014 at Juan de Herrera Project located immediately adjacent to GoldQuest's Romero discoveries in the DR n Recently expanded gold surface anomaly and IP results point to multiple compelling drill targets for first phase drill program n Ongoing exploration potential to delineate new targets areas n Fully financed to complete drilling and follow up exploration n Experience management.
