On July 8, 2014, Sama Resources announced that metallurgical tests returned high quality graphite con- centrate with up to 96% graphite recovery. Sama has launched a 4,000-metre drill and on June 06, 2014, Sama announced high-grade graphite intercepts highlights include: LL45-127462: 22.85m at 10.44% Cg, LL45-125470: 19.50m at 11.83% Cg, LL47-592442: 18.00m at 13.17% Cg. St. Jean Carbon Inc. [SJL-TSXV] is developing lump/vein graphite deposits in Sri Lanka and Québec. On April 24, 2014, the company announced the filing of a NI 43-101 technical report on their 100%- owned, Québec, Walker Lump Project, host to the historic graphite producing Walker Mine. The report recommends an explo- ration program including a geophysical survey a drilling program of 150 metres to verify the best targets revealed by the geo- physical survey and the trenching program. Standard Graphite Corp. [SGH-TSXV] controls a 100% interest in 12 prospective graphite properties within known graphite districts in Québec and Ontario. Standard Graphite is developing the historic Mousseau East graphite deposit in south- eastern Québec. On April 3, 2013, Standard announced positive drill results extending the Oat Zone and increasing the size poten- tial of Mousseau East graphite project. Xmet Inc. [XME-TSXV] is explor- ing the Blackflake graphite project, in Ontario with Metals Creek Resources. The Blackflake Project shares similar geo- logical and structural features to Zenyatta's nearby Albany hydrothermal graphite discovery. Work will start when ground conditions permit. Zenyatta Ventures Inc. [ZEN-TSXV] describes its Albany graphite deposit located in the Porcupine Mining District, Northern Ontario, as the largest and only "high purity (hydrothermal) graphite deposit being developed in the world." Indicated resources are 25.1 Mt of 3.89% Cg for 977,000 t Cg and inferred resources are 20.1 mt of 2.20 Cg for 441,000 t Cg. Zenyatta has engaged Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. to conduct a PEA on the project and is awaiting metallurgy and processing data to finalize the PEA. n
