[AMZ-TSXV; AXDDF-OTCQB] has received further assay results from diamond drill hole EC-16-010 on the Norte Zone of its 100%-owned El Cobre porphyry copper- gold project in Veracruz, Mexico. Results are from 317 – 542.7 metres in depth. Earlier, the company released results up to 317 metres in depth that returned 163.50 metres grading 0.68 g/t gold and 0.29% copper, including 43.00 metres of 1.61 g/t gold and 0.41% copper to 317.00 metres. EC-16-010 is the first hole drilled in the Norte Zone since 2008. Further assays on the same hole from 317-542.7 metres in depth returned 150.90 metres of 0.55 g/t gold and 0.22% cop- per, including 62.00 metres of 0.86 g/t gold and 0.33% copper. Porphyry-style alteration continues to the end of the hole. The company is consolidating the past geochemical, geo- physical and drill data, and will incorporate the full results of EC-16-010 into future drilling plans at the Norte Zone. In the meantime, one of the company's drills with greater depth capabil- ity is deepening hole EC-16-010. The company is mobilizing a second drill so drilling can continue on other targets at the El Cobre Project while drilling continues on the Norte Zone. Complete assay results, core photos, sections and plans will be posted to the company's website. Almadex chairman, Dr. J. Duane Poliquin, said, "These addi- tional results complement those reported earlier and clearly show the potential of the El Cobre Project to host a significant gold- rich porphyry system. The Norte Zone is one of four well-defined porphyry centres within a very large zone of porphyry related alteration." Since starting drilling this year, all holes, apart from EC-16-010, were drilled on the southernmost Encinal target. The 2016 drill pro- gram plan is to test all targets in order to provide geochemical and alteration vectors for future drilling. Past work has defined a large multistage and phase porphyry system with at least four centres located along more than 4 km of strike. The El Cobre Project has road access and is less than 10 km from a power plant, highway, gas line and other major infrastructure. Almadex has its drill permits and land access agreements in place. GTA MINING/BALMORAL INTERSECTS 23.73 G/T GOLd OvER 9 METRES Balmoral Resources Ltd. [BAR-TSX; BALMF-OTCQX] has received, from joint venture partner GTA Resources and Mining Inc. [GTA-TSXV], results from 36 shallow drill holes (surface to approximately 30 metres in vertical depth) recently completed on the Northshore property near Schreiber, Ontario. Drilling focused on delineation of the high-grade Audney and Caly vein systems which outcrop at surface and are located within the central core of the broader Afric gold zone. Drilling continues to intersect very high-grade (+1 oz/t), near-surface gold mineral- ization including 139.00 g/t gold over 1.20 metres, 72.40 g/t gold over 1.0 metre and 39.3 g/t gold over 1.50 metre along both the Audney (D series holes) and Caly (A series holes) vein systems. Additional highlights include: • 4.06 g/t gold over 23.00 metres, including 25.60 g/t gold over 3.0 metres in hole A-16-12; • 5.67 g/t gold over 10.40 metres, including 33.70 g/t gold over 1.40 metres in hole A-16-08; • 5.96 g/t gold over 9.0 metres, including 24.14 g/t gold over 2.0 metres in hole D-16-07; • 7.29 g/t gold over 5.40 metres, including 18.54 g/t gold over 2.0 metres in hole D-16-08. Preliminary metallurgical work on two composited drill core samples, one from each of the Caly and Audney vein systems, is currently under way. GTA is operator and holds a 51.4% inter- est. In addition to its 48.6% interest in the Northshore property, Balmoral holds about 7.65% of the issued and outstanding shares of GTA. n Yukon owned and operated with over 35 years experience in Custom Mobile Aggregate Production 6 MacDonald Road, Whitehorse YT Y1A 4Y5 Tel (867) 668-3662 Fax (867) 633-5354 radams@northwestel.net
